The mandate of the CRAO is to encourage and promote Chito Ryu Karate in Ontario. This includes holding tournaments, clinics, promotional and fundraising events, the collection and proper dispersement of fees and earnings, assisting dojo heads with educational and training materials and coordinating the efforts of all Chito Ryu karateka with the Hombucho, Sensei Shane Higashi.
