*Lunch may be purchased on the premises and will be provided for all officials.

All competitors in Kumite events must have a mouth guard, padded gloves and, for the boys, a groin cup.
Padded helmets and chest protectors will be provided.

Volunteers are needed for judging kata, refereeing kumite and score keeping at the rings
Black belts and brown belts who will not be competing are asked to offer their help.

Dojo heads must ensure that all competitors have signed the

Childrens Risk Form   Adult Risk Form

No one will be permitted to compete without a signed Risk Form
